  • The History and Development of Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™

Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ was created by EFT Founding Master Tania A Prince. June K Spencer an expert in mindfulness helped further development the technique with Tania. Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ was introduced to the EFT Community at the EFT Masters Worldwide Conference in London, England in 2010. In 2011, Tania A Prince opened the EFT Masters Worldwide Conference with her talk and demonstration on the technique. In 2013, Tania presented Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ at the AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies) Conference in Manchester, England.

Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ is a mindfulness based technique, this module of the training will include:

  • What is Mindfulness?
  • Inner RePatterning and Mindfulness

Mindfulness Based Inner RePatterning™ is also an energy therapy. It works via the bodies energy system. Other techniques that work via the bodies energy system are acupuncture, acupressure, shiatzu, reflexology, yoga, EFT. This is just a small selection of the techniques that fall under this banner.

  • Understanding the Bodies Energy System

In school we are taught about the bodies nervous system. There is however another system within our body which is seldom taught in our schools but which has a growing body of evidence supporting its importance to how we function, the bodies energy system. The speed at which the nervous system can convey messages throughout the mind/ body system is not fast enough to account for our reaction times to stimulus. This can however be explained by the energy system of the mind/ body system. Every structure, organ, muscle within the body is encased in connective tissue. Connective tissue was long thought to act as just a sheath to hold the shape together of the parts of the body. Its role however is far greater. It is a semi conductor. It also has a liquid crystalline.
