Physical Symptoms of Stress

  • Pessimism, being overwhelmed by negative thoughts

Behavioral Symptoms of Stress

  • Low work efficiency
  • Feeling uncomfortable in society, feeling of loneliness
  • Increased use of drugs, alcohol and cigarettes
  • Showing neglect towards responsibilities
  • Sleeping too much, especially at irregular times

 

If you are facing any of the symptoms listed above, you are likely to be experiencing the effects of stress. The greater the symptoms, the more intense stress you are in. Stress is a very treatable condition.
